Word for the day "Love your Neighbor"

Leviticus 19:18 (NIV) ‘Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.If you are anything like me, you live a life in community, but your community isn't likely one to include your neighbors. I know people who have lived in their neighborhoods for years and still don't know their neighbors’ names. 21st century idea of being busy really blocks out the world immediately around them. How are you doing in this aspect of life? One of my neighbors is a Christian and really at times makes it difficult for me to embrace him and his family. He has done a few things that in my opinion good neighbors shouldn’t do. However, he is one of neighbors and I have to make every effort to be at peace with him and demonstrate the love of Christ without excuses. Neighbors many times make it difficult to get along with but we have to give it a genuine effort!Do you need to step out of your comfort zone and express love and concern to someone? Just look around you; the opportunities are there. We just close them off in our hurry to have a day without interruptions. Express some care and concern for someone today. Lend someone a helping hand. Spend time (and money if necessary) to be a human expression of God’s love. You know you need to do it! Love you neighbor folks and that’s the word for today!
