Word for the day "Lead like a Lion"

Revelation 5:5 (NLT) But one of the twenty-four elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the heir to David’s throne,[a] has won the victory. He is worthy to open the scroll and its seven seals.”Lion imagery appears everywhere in the Bible. We see in the scriptures the Lord says of Himself in the Old Testament, “He will roar like a lion. When he roars, His children will come trembling from the west” (Hosea 11:10). Jesus is called the lion of the tribe of Judah as in today’s reading in the New Testament. Jesus said, “Don’t assume that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword” Matthew 10:34).Today’s 21st century model of leadership needs to be revolutionize to this word, we must be as lion’s in the earth. As leaders, we must become like lion’s ourselves, and even roar when the situation calls for it. Leaders today must be respected by our followers, yet calm and gentle in the heat of battle. And when our people fall into their own lion’s dens, we need to go in and get them out in the name of the Lord. (Today’s message is especially designed for Pastor’s, teachers, leaders, leaders in the making, husbands, wives, grand parents, single parents)I like to take the time to thank my sister Angela Harrison for investing financially in my leadership development of this 21st century. And because of the Lord and people like my sister Angela I am being made equipped for such a time as this to serve a people that God has called me serve. Have a great day in the Lord!
