Word for the day " When Warfare Comes"

Luke 11:21 (NKJV) When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. 22 But when a stronger than he comes upon him and overcomes him, he takes from him all his armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoils. There are three ways or reasons we can be vulnerable to the attacks of Satan. First, someone has opened a spiritual door that allows the evil spirit to come in. You can by sin or a certain lifestyle allow an opening for the enemy to come into your house. Second, someone with a bad spirit carried the demon into the house. Others who have evil spirits take the spirit with them where ever they go. Third and maybe more commonly, Satan has set an assignment against the house. There can be “A set assignment of the powers of the enemy working against you”If a devil that is stronger than any that you are used to dealing with comes at you, warfare comes that you are not used to dealing with. So what do you do? What do you do when you have a child in bondage? A stronger than what you are used to dealing with comes against you. The enemy tries to take the armor off the strongman of the house. If he can get the armor off the head of the house, he can then divide the spoil. A stronger spirit coming into your family, a different battle than you are used too at a higher level coming against you has a purpose. We are used to fighting certain battles certain ways, or we know how to deal with and put up with certain battles until it is over. But then a stronger spirit comes. There are four types of spirits in Ephesians 6:12 “principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness (or wicked spirits) in high places.” The smallest are the spirits that everyone has to deal with, common spirits. But then as you get closer to God you come to a new level and into a new level of battle. It’s higher level and higher devil; When you go to a higher level with God you are attacked by a higher devil who comes to stop, distract and defeat you to stop you from doing what God has called you to do. Let’s remember each other in prayer, and have a great weekend!
