Word for the day "The Value of Humility"
Luke 14:11 (NKJV) For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”Humility doesn't save us, but it can help us in tough times of our life. Humility doesn't change your circumstances, but it helps you submit to God's purposes no matter circumstances you are experiencing. I have discovered Humility doesn't speed up answers to prayer, but it accelerates the acceptance of God's will. Do you understand the value of humility?Humility doesn't make decisions for you, but it inclines your heart toward decisions consistent with God's plan for your life. Humility doesn't earn you more of God's love, but it helps you experience God's love at a deeper level.Point to ponder- It doesn’t matter where you are in your life right now, all that matters is that you are positioned to experience the plan of God for your life. Humility positions you to step into the plan of God for your life!Special Prayer- Father, give we your children a humble heart. As we approach your throne, We submit and pray that we will do so with an posture of humility and not entitlement. In Christ name, Amen!
