Word for the day "God is the Key"
Ephesians 1: 12 (KJV) That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. Are you looking for an edge in life? Consider this: God is the key to any success you may have in learning to control your desires. The Lord must be your strength, your counselor, and your sure foundation. Why is God so important? Because God is the source and fulfillment of all human life, including yours. In other words, you were created by God as well as for God. We often forget this Godly principle for success in all areas of our lives!St. Augustine made this beautiful confession nearly seventeen centuries ago: "Our hearts are restless until they find rest in You, O Lord." It was true for him then, and it's true for you now. The Lord is the key to authentic success in our lives. Are you building your relationship with the Lord at this time in your life? If you are continue building and learning of the Lord, and if not how about let's get started today? God is really the key to the edge you need in your life!Point to ponder- Behind all your appetites is a appetite for God. And this appetite can only be filled through a relationship with Jesus Christ-our true key for success. Our Leadership team is especially thankful for those of you who provided financial donations and support in the month of June 2016 by partnering with us in efforts to advance the kingdom of God in this 21st century season: Special thanks to Mr. William Wilson, Ms. Gertrude Scott, Ms. Denise Johnson, Ms. Kersha Brown, Mrs. Barbara Mason, Mr. Kenneth Washington and Ms. Vanessa Gaskins.
