Word for the day “Coronavirus is not over”
Grace and truth leadership will continue to use our social media platforms and resources to alert all of our subscribers.
The challenges we all are facing with Coronavirus and the Delta Variant must be taken seriously. We are prayerful but also proactive in what’s needed during this. While we are aware being vaccinated is a personal choice. We do hope and pray that those who are unvaccinated will reconsider their position. Fully vaccinated people who get Covid-19 can transmit the virus, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said. Vaccines "continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death -- they prevent it," she shared in her public statements. "But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission."
Experts have warned that while breakthrough infections of vaccinated people are expected, it is unvaccinated who are most at risk. "The unvaccinated continue to be the big highway of transmission.” Obviously, there are so many questions and concerns on the table. However, we all can agree, not all of our questions will satisfactorily be answered. The primary concern we are sharing is for human life over death. At this time being vaccinated is a viable option worth your consideration.
Lastly, www.siriusxm.com-urban-view Channel 126 Urban View features dynamic discourse from prominent Black voices on topics ranging from culture, politics, faith, justice, activism, and more. With credible voices like Joe Madison, Heather B., Clay Cane, Karen Hunter, Rev. Al Sharpton, Lurie Daniel favors, and more. Each of these hosts of men and women are sharing some credible and meaningful information about being vaccinated and what that means to the underrepresented communities. We will remain prayerful for you and your families. Stay well and take of yourself and your loved ones.
