Word of the day: “Divine decisions”
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28; And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
John 10:27 (NKJV)
Good morning, Beloved.
There are many times as a leader and in life when you stand at a crucial point—uncertain of which path to take. In a world full of options, opinions, chatter, social media gremlins, and self-help philosophies, it’s easy to get lost in the echo chamber of it all. But there is a sacred space and power in pausing, praying, and listening for the heart, voice, and way of the Lord for your life.
God never intended for us to engage life alone, empty, and without direction. The Lord can and will give us direction and his divine Word as a compass for our journey. The Word of God is our greatest leadership playbook and gives us wise counsel. God also will provide us with godly people (Proverbs 17:17). And most importantly, He gives us the Holy Spirit as a divine counselor and consultant. Before you make your next move—whether it’s about your family, finances, career, or relationships—slow down and seek the wisdom that comes from above (Colossians 3:2).
This isn’t just about making a good decision. It’s about making a God-divine decision. Don’t move in haste, don’t get flustered, and don’t rely solely on your emotions. Ask God to quiet the noise and give you clarity for your next decisions and direction. Then move with confidence, knowing the steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord.
POINT TO PONDER:
Always remember your life and future are not an accident; they’re divine. Divinely in the hands of the Lord.
