BELOVED LEADERS AND SUBSCRIBERS,
The year 2023 for me has been especially mentally challenging, and I know the same is true notably for leaders. So today, let's take a quick review of how you think as a leader.
I've discovered there are at least four types of thinking that can sabotage your leadership destiny:
Not being fully vested in your own leadership journey.
Not having a growth mindset and sense of motivation in your leadership.
Not having a competent person or people to walk alongside of you in your leadership process.
Not having the right accountability network in your leadership journey (perhaps the most lethal).

Taking the time to address personal hardships while leading.
