Word for the day “The leadership value of Humility”

Luke 14:11 (NKJV) “For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Great day leaders,

Let’s glance at the value of the leadership currency Humility and how this characteristic may add value to your growth.

THERE IS INCREDIBLE VALUE IN HAVING THE CHARACTERISTIC OF HUMILITY IN YOUR LIFE.

The definition of humility is the quality of being humble. If you meet one of your favorite celebrities and feel nervous and in awe of them, you are experiencing humility.

Humility comes from the Latin word humilis, which means low. Another fascinating way to understand humility is someone who spends their life taking care of others shows humility.

Humility doesn’t save us, but it can help us in the tough times of our life. Humility doesn’t change your circumstances, but it helps you submit to God’s purposes no matter the circumstances you are experiencing.

I have discovered Humility doesn’t speed up answers to prayer, but it accelerates the acceptance of God’s will. Do you understand the value of humility?

HUMILITY HELPS YOU UNDERSTAND THE HEART OF GOD’S LOVE AT A DEEPER LEVEL.

Humility doesn’t make decisions for you, but it inclines your heart toward decisions consistent with God’s plan for your life.

Humility doesn’t earn you more of God’s love, but it helps you experience God’s love at a deeper level.

When we give God an opportunity to bless us, whether through people or situations, we acknowledge that we need God’s grace (Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJV).

As we receive God’s blessing, we will be blessed beyond measure. We are then humbled by what the Lord has done in our life.

What we receive freely, we can freely give. When we empty ourselves of pride and selfish desire, God can extend His amazing grace through our lives to others.

This is just a snippet of the value of humility for your life and the heart of God.

 POINT TO PONDER

It doesn’t matter where you are in your life right now; all that matters is being positioned to experience the plan of God for your life.

Humility positions you to step into the plan of God for your life and transcends into the life of others!
