Word for the day: "God inhabits the praises of His people"

Psalm 22:1 (KJV) My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far fromd helping me, and from the words of my roaring? 2 O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. 3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.Sisters and brothers Happy Monday to you, and hope you had a great weekend! Just thought I’d mention that being out of work for a week without a salary is a sobering reality of life with its ups and downs. However, i just want all of you today to know that “my God is awesome” God knows everything that ever was, is, or will be. Not only does he know everything actual, but God also knows everything potential. God not only knows what is; God knows what could have been or can be. That’s why I can find consolation in being locked out of my work place, because God knows and will prove mighty again in my life.God is a God of information and knowledge, but God is also a God of experience. Our God enters into our emotions, if you will allow me to use human terminology. And believe me today God listens in on our praise, (That’s why I am praising God now amidst my situation)! So why doesn’t God just sit back, relax, and say, “I know what praise is? I have all the information on praise available to me. In fact, I know who is going to praise me, who is praising me now, and who has praised me in the past, or even more, I know who means it.God could say I don’t need anyone to praise Me, since I already know everything there is to know about praise. Yet the Bible tell us that God inhabits the praises offered to Him V3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. To inhabit in something is to be in the midst of it, a participant in it interdependently. God purposefully lives in our praises offered Him and willingly participates in the experience with us. Have a great day whatever you may be going through; just remember “God inhabits the praises of His people"!Elder Baker
