Word for the day: "Release the Worry in your life"
Matthew 6:31-34 (NIV) “So do not worry, saying, “What shall we eat?” or “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?” For the pagans run after all these things, and your Heavenly Father knows that you need them. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. . .”Many times our life can be difficult, and because we have understandable fears about the uncertainty of the future, we worry over the endless details of everyday life. We worry about our relationships, finances, health, our habits, or any number of potential problems, some large and some small. Do you experience one of these types of worries? If you are a “worrier” by nature, it’s probably time to rethink the way that you think! Perhaps you’ve formed the pessimistic outlook habit of focusing too intently on negative aspects of life while spending too little time counting your blessings. If this is so, take your worries to God, and leave them there. This is your time to break the habits that no longer serve you or your family’s best interest. It is my prayer and hope for you that you will learn to release the worry in your life. And learn to trust God a little more, and that’s in Divine order because God is trustworthy, you are protected. So go ahead and embrace the process enjoy your day, you deserve it! And release the worry in your life!Prayer: Great God, we leave our worries and burdens at your feet today and acknowledge that in you all things are working together for our good today and for the rest of our life. In Christ name Amen!!
