Word for the day “Leaders, storms provide opportunities.”

Job 23:10 (NKJV) But He knows the way that I take. When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.

 Good morning, Leaders,

I wanted to encourage you today that when you have moments of storms, confusion, and distress, these are opportunities to draw closer to God. Don’t let the enemy deceive you into thinking God has walked away. Much of your life and journey as a leader will often cause you to face storms of many kinds.

LIFE STORMS CAN PROVIDE AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES.

Storms might look different for each of us in this life, but they all offer the opportunity to shape, change, and impact us forever. And God can take what seems tragic and devastating and turn it around for our ultimate good. It may not happen as quickly as we’d like, it may feel like a struggle, and we might find ourselves longing for another way, but blessings will come from it. For it’s the way God works. The blessings and good will shine through.

And believe me today, we won’t ever be the same again. The person who eventually walks out of the storm will be different than the one who walked in. We can be assured that God’s work within us is never for harm but to strengthen us, to build deeper character and faith, and to bring us out as “Gold,” leaving lasting impressions for His glory in this world.

The Lord never promised us this life would be easy, but the Lord does promise that He is bigger than any storm we face and that He’s always working for good (Romans 8:28).

  POINT TO PONDER

God is with us through it all. Stay up, and stay close to God during your storms. It’s going to be alright, family!
